I was disappointed in the lack of amenities. No cotton swabs or cotton pads or bathrobes or bottled water provided. No safe in the room. There wasn’t as much as a pen in the room and the comforter was so heavy it was uncomfortable yet we couldn’t get a blanket after requesting one. Valet was very inconvenient. For a four star hotel I expected a bit more

Check in staff was wonderful. The hotel is within easy walking distance to Sundance Square with lots of dining options. We had an issue retrieving our car at check out that delayed us 45 min. The valet attached our name to two cars and brought the wrong car to us. The front desk clerk was aware of the error but didn’t attempt to contact valet (he was not onsite) after we waited nearly 30 min. Valet is $55/night plus tax/tip. Too expensive and inefficient.

My daughter and I went to Fort Worth for the Van Cliburn Piano Competition. The Ashton Hotel is walking distance to Bass Concert Hall! The staff was very friendly and helpful and our room was so beautiful. I highly recommend the Ashton Hotel!!!

Amazing hotel. Room very comfortable and bed and linen was extremely comfortable. We do wish that advertisement supported the restaurant no longer being open for dinner. Dining in for dinner was one of our reasons for selection.
