I enjoyed staying at this hotel with lots pf character and easy to find.. Breakfast was tasty and well prepared although it could do with alternating scramble eggs with omlets on the daily basis. The room was very clean and very well organised with a chair and an armchair and plenty of light. The toilet basin had a long crack in it the hooks in the bathroom were very small to hold towels or clothing. Staff were always frindly and accomodating. I will definately stay there again.

A charming hotel

A beautiful and charming hotel with a unique style. Love the various paintings throughout the hotel. Friendly staff, would definitely stay here again if visiting Göteborg. An excellent location, just minutes from Götaplatsen.

Meets expectations

A basic hotel, not far from the Avenyn, Gothenburg's main leisure area. Staying one night while travelling between Oslo and Stockholm by train it did what it said on the tin but nothing special.

Total gem-a must-stay!

This hotel was fabulous-reception was friendly, gracious, and helpful. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was the best I have had from a hotel (we stay at basic or average accommodations). There is a very large seating area, and we were able to store our bags after checkout for a few hours. We were sorry to leave but would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel

Great hotel in a perfect location - easy walking distance to everything. Clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Lots of great choice for breakfast, plus free tea, coffee, hot chocolate and water throughout the day (and cake!). I had a small double, which was a good size for a city - would have been comfortable for 2

Hotel was excellent, staff were very helpful, great value for money. Very comfortable room and clean and great location. Breakfast was really good and tea, coffee, water and fruit available all day and night available for no extra charge and also use of the sauna.
