Dirty mattress, lazy housekeeper not clean the room until asked, no bed sheets and had to ask staff many times and still nothing. Very warm room with no ventilation and noisy as the internal doors kept banging and the station announcements as the hotel is above the central station. Breakfast was like a zoo so many people and no seats

Overall, it is a nice place to stay when in Gothenburg central. The hotel is located in the central station which is very practical when coming by train or coach as well as going to the airport. There was a good variety of food for breakfast. The only thing was that in the room, it is impossible to open the windows as they were sealed to the wall. You could see the indoor courtyard but we had a difficult time with the heating system and with two people in the room, it was quite hot and no air flow. The receptionist told us that they could get the technician to come and check it but we thought that we didn't need it especially as we weren't there for the time that they would've been able to come. Other than that, it was a good hotel.
