Floor 2 and 3 in villa in cozy Kålltorp, with perfect location a stone's throw from forest and 15 minutes walk to swim in the lake. Near tram stop that takes you into the city, Liseberg, Heden, et c in about 11 minutes.
Three bedrooms, two newly renovated bathrooms (one with both bath and shower). Open plan kitchen, dining room and living room with small balcony.
In the newly renovated attic there is a play / yoga room which also serves as an extra bedroom if needed. Large secluded newly built balcony in the eaves with views and afternoon evening sun. Garden with lawn, patio with table for 8 people.
