We initially picked this property for the couches. We were looking forward to resting on these after long travelling days. Unfortunately, when we were given another property, with wooden single chairs. Not comfortable at all.
The property owner mentioned she was changing the booking an upgrading us to another property. But the lack of couches definitely felt like a downgrade and not an upgrade.
We thought about using the laundry but it looked dirt and needing some TLC.
The blinds in the bedroom were falling apart and it was hard to open them without fetting unhook from the rail.
Overall, this property was not an upgrade. Its a shame as with some TLC the property had some positives. Like the restaurant right outside the property, and its alao quiet.

Cabin was spotless and very comfortable and well equipped.Staff on reception were great and useful shop and petrol station. Great location for exploring flinders chase.Highlight was wildlife on park,koalas,kangaroos and wallabies.Amazing

Flinders Chase Farm Stay - Hostel: Hostel with free parking and a terrace. Located in a national park.
Liked nothing the bathroom was like a bird watch and freezing cold. There were no facilities at all in the main room not even a kettle. Everything was in an outside Area open to the elements on one side.. we hostel stayed all around Tasmania and never had a place so deplorable.
