We stayed a couple of months ago in the boutique side, the room was nice, staff friendly great meal. This visit we needed a bigger room due to bringing the kids so we booked the 3 bed family suite, the room was average, smelt bad, bathroom filthy and covered in mould, not close to what I would expect for its $370 price tag and a stark contrast to what you offer downstairs. Yes before you reply that theres an age difference on the rooms I understand, but a clean, fresh room that’s not 40 degrees on arrival after a day on the road isn’t too much to ask at that price point. To top it off we ate in the dinning room where we were served by three young lady’s between the counter, bar and table and not one of them even gave a hint at being interested in customer service. Rude and disinterested would be my description for all 3, I’m not really interested in knowing that they couldn’t be bothered just by the way they all conducted themselves. I can say for the good column that the meals were fine and the girl that checked us in was friendly

It was a comfortable and clean room. Its location in a prime shopping area makes it desirable for short term stays. However, the refrigerator could be upgraded to a more modern one. The plumbing between rooms needs to be reviewed as when my spouse was doing a shower, he heard our next room neighbour using his shower and immediately the hot water in our shower stopped until the neighbour switched off his shower. Walking up the metal stairs from the car park would be difficult for those whose mobility is not perfect. The room could do with a microwave and toaster. All motel rooms these days seem to have these amenities.

Rooms very amazingly quiet and private. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Couldn't find a password for the wifi was annoying but overall for a pub room it was excellent

Booked for an overnight stay on the gruelling drive from Melbourne to Brisbane - the town had three weddings on the same weekend, but they were extremely helpful and was able to find a spot for us! The food was also lovely at the bar downstairs :D
