The Baia de Bahas is a residential complex made up of several terraced units interspersed with flowerbeds and gardens, a few steps from the sea, in a private and panoramic position on the Gulf of Marinella and only 4 km from Porto Rotondo, therefore it is recommended to use a car.

Inside the complex there is a bar/restaurant and a privately run market, which is generally open from June to September. The property is 15 km from the port and airport of Olbia, 5 km from the port of Golfo Aranci and 139 km from Porto Torres.

The apartments are distributed in a central building or in terraced buildings with 1 or 2 floors, most with veranda or balcony and someone with sea view.

There is free public parking.

MANDATORY CHARGES TO BE PAID LOCALLY AT CHECK-IN:

1) FINAL CLEANING:Kitchenette and disposal of waste by the customer or supplement of € 50.00.

2) TOURIST TAX: to be paid on site, compulsory for the municipality of Golfo Aranci. The amount varies according to the period.

3) DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the apartment. In case of departures outside reception office hours, the security deposit can be returned by bank transfer (costs charged to the customer).

1) check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 – check-out by 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the structure; in case of failure to communicate, acceptance is not guaranteed and a supplement of € 50.00 may be requested.

2) It is specified that in this complex separate collection is carried out and waste is placed in special containers

3) The apartments are located in a residential context and the photos are explanatory.
