Hotel was as expected from a Hyatt Hotel. Have visited many different Hyatt’s while on my travels around the globe and feel comfortable and relaxed when booking with Hyatt. I chose this property instead of other Marriot hotels and it did not meet my expectations, the rooms are poorly kept. For exemple, the flooring is so old it pinched my feet while walking and pillows are literally empty pillow cases. Also for the price the rooms are very small compact.I would choose wisely before booking here again.

To me, this was not up to the standard I would expect in a Hyatt Regency Hotel. The floor was very noisy; I complained a couple of times, but it made no difference. The room was very small. Breakfast was nice. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

This is a great property in Amritsar. Staff are friendly and courteous. The rooms are adequately sized and kept clean. The breakfast buffet is excellent with lots of choice of Indian and western items. There is also a nice shopping mall right next to the hotel where you can spend some time looking for clothes and other items. I’d definitely stay at this Hyatt again.

overall staff n reception all were fine. only thing i didnt like is i booked breakfast and told them to pack it as my flight was early since it was paid breakfast for 2 people, I expected to give wht i proposed like omlett with brown bread sandwich instead they packed white bread with butter . was a surprise when i opened at airport
