Terrible Hygiene and Poor Room Conditions

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I was extremely disappointed with the hygiene standards. The room was in a very bad condition—dirty sheets, dust everywhere, and an unpleasant smell. The bathroom was even worse, with mold and stains that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable, and it felt like the room hadn’t been maintained in a long time. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend staying here unless they seriously improve their cleaning standards!

They gave us wrong room type and didn’t even apologized for it . When I asked for the crib which was promised when booked said we’ll see if it’s available. Got it at 9:00 pm after requesting again. No greetings by the reception staff. While check out the receptionist asked for review and asked me to give 5star and not to write anything. The parking staff at the door was great . The property itself is 5star but not the reception staff . They are not fit for the 5star property.
