Nice but noisy

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Unfortunately it was very noisy…cars race up and down the street right next to hotel and this was a Monday night.

We were very disappointed the pool was closed. I specifically filtered a search for a pool and when we arrived the pool was closed. My kids waited for 2 days to go swimming.

Although rated pretty well on Expedia this is a older building. The parking lot lights were not working when we arrived at night. The second floor subfloor was bouncy and soft in spots. The pool was closed. Breakfast was lacking compared to the Fairfield that we stayed at in St. Joe MO the night before, which was much better in every way. Nite desk guy was nice.

Decent choice

Over all it was ok, rooms were dated but clean. Pool was out of service. The train behind the property was loud but thankfully it only ran once while I stayed. Staff was excellent and friendly.

The property has numerous maintenance issues. The pool has been closed for months none of the ice machines are operational and in the two rooms that we had both bathrooms had loose or missing floor tiles and the tub/shower enclosures were in poor condition. The staff were great and friendly but the property could use some work

Room ac/furnace unit was very loud, even when turned off. Difficult to get room at a comfortable temperature. Bathroom shower tile cracked and safety bar loose. Wifi was down for part of stay. Hotel is also located on busy street so between the traffic and loud fan was not able to get much sleep during the one night stay.
