"Heart of the city"
Great location, just a walk away from eating places. Has a lovely pool and spa area. Restaurant on site, food is good and the young lady who is at the counter has excellent customer service. The young man at the counter also has excellent customer service. Just a few let downs, we stayed for 6 nights, cleaning sometimes wasnt done til quite late and they forgot to empty our rubbish sometimes, also forgot to replace our towels sometimes . Overall i really enjoyed our stay, would definitely come again.

"Great hotel close to facilities."
Unfortunately I had an accident just after we arrived in Gisborne and had to stay in hospital. My husband stayed at the hotel and thought it was excellent. Our friends and family came and visited us.

I have stayed here a few times now and the staff are welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean and the décor modern. The pillows are fantastic. They always cater for my special requirement and because of this I feel very safe while travelling alone.

"Central to beach, restaurants and shops"
Good motel easy parking, very handy to the shopping centre, restaurants and beach. Interesting harbour walks either to port or along the river bank. Gisborne has some character restaurants and cafes which are well worth trying. Nice for walks and the shopping centre was great, very friendly and polite service just about everywhere we went.
