"Clean and tidy rooms"
Rooms were spacious and comfortable with a nice bathroom. the downside to me was the noisy bathroom extractor which is not controlled by the individual room. I found this annoying and had a poor response from the hotel staff when i asked about it. no alternative was available I guess. this is an issue if like me, you are a light sleeper when staying in hotels, motels

I was there only one night and all was fine. The early departures of the large trucks whose drivers were staying over was noisy but ear plugs would fix that. Otherwise everything is new and well run.

"Stayed in cabins. Basic but good."
Stayed for one night, the room was plain, but warm and did the job. I paid for no frills, so didn't expect any. Nice and quiet through the night. I'll stay here again if coming back this way. :-)

Motel Oasis, Gisborne

"Super neat motel!"
My mum and I stayed here for a night, when we arrived at the motel they've already turned on the heat pump for us! The room was decorated in a simple style but unique and tidy! I especially loved the wooden chairs and the canvas on the wall, also it was clean and the bed was comfy. The motel also provided DVDs and play station games, and bikes for people to use. I think it's the little things that really adds bonuses and give customers a good feel about their stay. Would definitely recommend this place to others and if ever traveling to Gisborne, I'll make this my top choice.
