This location is perfect for families. I also loved that they have an onsite washer and dryer. The staff was very helpful our entire stay. We also went during a heatwave and our room had air conditioning and a freezer to freeE our water bottles. The only issue I had was that because we were sleeping in a loft room, our bed was close to the ceiling and we could hear every creak of the floor from the room above.

A friend and I stayed four nights in London after a tour. This Riu hotel is conveniently located beside Victoria Station, The neighborhood is safe and walkable. The hotel room was comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom is large and convenient with space for cosmetic bags and hooks to hang towels. The lobby area is attractive. We did not have much contact with the hotel personnel, because none was necessary, The breakfasts are varied and plentiful. All in all, it was a very nice stay.

"Lovely location with Wooky Holes on the doorstep of the Hotel. Room was basic but clean and had everything you'd want fir an overnight stay. Lovely grounds for a walk. Only negative was bath taps had hot water, but the shower had only had cold water. The mixer thermostat was obviously faulty. Talking ..."
