1- Very DECEIVING- listed as “entire apartment” but the listing “Trendy Apt” changed online to “Trendy Room” when we arrived to check in. 2- the check in form would not open so we could not access check in information = stressful. 3- Internet signal is v weak/ nonexistent so that wifi access is really only available by standing inside by front door. 4- amenities are shared ie kitchen but listing never admits this. 5 - Host sent messages ie re leaving property tax but the messages wouldn’t open ( weak internet signal ? ) 6- Host promised he would change all of the above in his listing but listing remains unchanged. 7- Google says “ this host has a history of broken form links and poor communication.”Positive points : well located, clean, good SHARED amenities.

We had a great stay! The room was just as the photos. There were towels, tea, a hairdryer, and a kettle. At the entrance, there were recommendations for bars, restaurants, and activities. The location is also great! What could have been better was communication prior to arrival. I had to fill out a long form to receive check-in instructions, and I also had issues with the instructions. Contact via WhatsApp was helpful and quick in resolving the issues.
