We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property in Ghent. Both of our rooms were very spacious - with big balconies and everything you might need for a comfortable stay. We got handwritten welcome notes with custom desserts, which added a nice touch. We loved how clean the hotel is, how centrally located it is and how friendly and courteous staff is. Highly recommend.

For a central hotel, this place is wonderful. Modern, but still has that historic feel when you first enter. All round, the hotel was clean, staff were courteous, and was only a short walk the main area of Ghent. The breakfast was delightful, and dinner was classy at the Olivier Le Petit Bistro. Would definitely stay here again, and will recommend to friends and family. 10/10

Fantastic Hotel in Gent

We were warmly greeted and taken around the hotel. There were welcome sweets in the room. There were nice gifts for our baby, which was a lovely touch. All the staff were attentive and welcoming which really made our stay. The look and feel of the hotel was luxurious. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. Nothing ever seemed an inconvenience. The plunge pool, spa and sauna were lovely and the outdoor courtyard and seating were lovely to relax in the afternoon sun. Location is great, you can get to all the sites and trams within a 5-10 minute walk.

This was an excellent hotel that we stayed at for a family road trip. The staff were excellent and I would also recommend the bar and Lof restaurant too. Lovely hotel staffed with the most wonderful team. Fabulous breakfast room and wonder Bistro serving imaginative and beautifully prepared dishes. I cannot say anything negative about this wonderful hotel.
