Great hotel and awesome location in the center of town! Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. There was a mix-up with housekeeping but the staff made made up for it by extending a voucher for a free drink. All in all a great stay!

Great location and very nice room. Let down by staff. Lady in charge of the bar on Friday evening 19/12 was particularly rude when we tried to claim our free drink for not having our room serviced. We were told at check-in to claim a drink accordingly but the bar lady had other ideas and was quite off hand about it. Didn’t really care about the drink, just objected to the way we were spoken to. In the end, we spent our money elsewhere.

This is the second time we have stayed here, the hotel is lovely, in the centre of Ghent with easy access to the town. The facilities are first class and the staff are really helpful. If we were to come to Ghent again we would definitely stay here.

Very well appointed business class hotel in the centre of town. Frriendly if overloaded reception desk staff. Only real downside was an incredibly noisy mini bar fridge!

Lovely hotel in the centre of Ghent. Very convenient location, but you do need to get a ULEZ pass to reach it by car. Parking was great but quite expensive. Hotel very clean. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. We didn’t have breakfast.

Very new but beautifully appointed hotel in the heart of old Ghent. Great balance of quality modern fittings and decor with a warmth and welcome feeling. Basically everything works and works well. Didn’t take breakfast but it was offered. My choice.Staff friendly and efficient.
