Hotel La Palma
The dining room was poor. No one smiled!! Non-attentive, had to waive down staff for more of anything. Noises heard through walls. Heating that you couldn’t change made it difficult to sleep. Non intuitive thermostat. Bar staff were exceptional. All in all, a 3 in my book.

B&B Hotel Malpensa Lago Maggiore
Unfortunately the room had a very strong smell, it was offered replacement but it was in same condition we struggled to stay there the bed was making noice every time you move
