My room was well kept. I am a clean guess and o am happy that I could feel safe that my belongings weee secure and not taken. My only regret that an iron should be kept in the room at all and I don’t have to request for one. When I travel I always take my own supplies, however the toilet paper was limited and there should be at least two rooms per room .

Staff doesn’t know too much English and the bathroom need to be cleaned a lot better. Black mould in shower area. And not enough toilet paper. No extras left in the room. Breakfast was no kind of options. Very hard bread.

I had a family emergency back home in Toronto so I had cut my visit short cancelling my room for the rest of the days more than 24 hours in advance and the hotel wanted to keep 40% of my refund because of late cancellation

Loved the variety of the breakfast. The grounds were great. I enjoyed being in the mall and having access to the gym and casino and the restaurants. The only thing missing was a pool.
