Very good surrounding areas, although a bit away from downtown. Nice facilities, friendly staff, and fast internet (50-70Mb download). The rooms are a bit old and mine was close to the elevator so a bit noisy, but in general I had a good stay. Recommended.

Never again ! The staff was rude, service was slow. Checkin was good but I ordered a taxi for 2:30 to go to the airport. Went to get the taxi at 2:30 and they said they left we tried to call you. I checked out at 1:30 and had lunch by the pool so why call my room? Then she said there were no taxis and looked at me like I was crazy. I pushed and she called and said they are in town and may be here in 15 mins. Thankfully we went outside and hailed a taxi. The waitress acted like we were bothering her and when we asked recommendation she said I never eaten that food. We waited 45 mins for our food. Finally as I was exiting the automated door it closed on me. My arm got hit by the door and then the door broke. No apology no are you ok?? Never again

I didn’t like my service because the room I stay wasn’t clean, didn’t have enough toiletry. When you call house keeping they don’t answer their phone. When you call the front desk they say they can’t hear you and I had to come down to get towels. The customer service was not the best. I would have expect better services from such a hotel hearing from people about the hotel.

Great facility but under staffed - pool.
Sadly, it's 12:12 pm and the pool is still not open. My check out time is 1 pm and i was looking forward to taking a dip for a couple hours before checking out. There's one person maintaining the pool, since in the early hours, long before I had breakfast at the pool area around 8:30 am. I would have given the hotal 5 starts, top level, but I am a little disappointed with the pool not being open on time at 10:00 am. It's almost 12:30 pm and it's still closed. Very disappointed.
