Personal service. So much attention to detail. Beach is gone, and view remains! Walk right into water, no sand in your shoes or on your clothes hassles! Food is best hotel food we have had. Comfortable rooms newly renovated with lots of bathroom sink counter space! Front desk staff went beyond expectations. Staff at pool area and the many eating areas professionals with customer service skills. Complimentary water, tea, aloe, sunscreen, towels, large umbrellas and comfortable lounge chairs, snorkel equipment, floats (anchored for ocean use), paddle boards and kayaks. Jet ski rental at steps to ocean. Two shops with everything you may have forgotten to bring. Does not feel like a “chain hotel” Personal touches and charm!
