Really enjoyed our stay at Le Dream Boutique hotel. Right from check in, we were made to feel very welcome by the staff at the hotel. A short 2-3 mins walk to Kimberly Street night food market and walking distance to the old quarter and the jetties. Overall highly recommend

The staffs are so friendly and helpful , we leave our luggage there for few days with no charges. The hotel is very clean and so convinces, 10 min walk to a 1st Avenue Mall and Bus terminal. We will come back here for sure 👍

How this hotel got a 9.4 is beyond me. It is a 5 at best in most categories. Was so bad we left a day earlier. Windows were covered in rusted metal screening and weathered wood. Felt like a prison. Rooftop (where breakfast is served) surrounded by rusted expanded metal and cracked concrete. Not a pleasant place to be. Breakfast, cooked to order, and ordered the day before was good. But other was very lacking, eg. No sugar, butter, jam etc etc. Water container in lobby was always empty. Do not let photos and description of this hotel fool you. NOT as it seems. More like a backpackers hostel than a "boutique" hotel. Tried to upload photos but wouldn't.

Clean and spacious rooms. Full set of amenities including disposable slippers. Two types of shower heads available - fixed overhead and hand held one. It'd be good if the hand held one had different pressure or blast modes. Water spray is a little weak. Room comes with a safe, iron and ironing board, kettle, mini refrigerator and two umbrellas. Given two free bottles of water, tea bags, coffee everyday. Internet connection is intermittent and not so strong so have to keep logging in. Overall, the hotel is clean and comfortable in a convenient location. Service staff is polite and helpful too. Keep up the good work! Highly recommend.

This location was perfect for all access locations due to hotel in the middle of Georgetown. Mila was highly helpful on her job with providing guideline local direction and recommendations. I have one major question is Le Dream communication with any future booking customer by Expedia messages? I try to send messages through my Expedia but no response and this is not the first time. Anyway I have to call in to chat with your customer service for clarification. Overall I highly recommend this hotel and they have new modern room and bathroom. Parking is limited with first come first 2 spots, but at night is easy to find parking on the street. Streets parking all day is RM 8.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. We arrived early and instead of making us wait until 3 pm or charging for early check-in (like the last pace) the lady sent a WhatsApp text as soon as it was ready.

Le Dream is located near Kimberly Street, home to the well-known duck kway chap. It is walkable to Prangin Mall as well. What I really liked is that hotel is situated in a fairly quiet area, away from the bustle of people and vehicles.

The location is really good, close to the night market, room is big, clean, and renovated recently. I eat outside so cannot comment on the food and services. I stay for 3 days, staff are nice and helpful. Good on average.

Great location for exploring George Town, and further afield. The staff were very efficient, for example we arrived earlier than check in & the room wasn’t ready, so we went for lunch they whatsapped us when the room was made up. The aircon in our room wasn’t working correctly so very noisy, however it was reported so hopefully now fixed.

Perfect location

Perfect location.. within walking distance from komtar and prangin mall, Kimberley food street, local eateries, Penang street art, museums , etc. Has a restaurant but didn’t eat there cos of the abundance of choices out there but it seems to serve high quality food. Bed is comfortable. Hotel is well maintained and staff friendly. I enjoyed my stay very much. Thank you.

The location is unbeatable with walking distance to a mall, public market, street food, upside down museum, and chow jetty. I can hear people upstairs and in the hallway but it is okay since we do not stay in the room for too long. The room’s downside is the small vanity sink was leaking water in the back and it splashes to the toilet paper holder next to it when we use it. It is an awesome stay overall!

Excellent little hotel. Walkable to everything in Georgetown. Very pleasant and polite people running the place and a good sized room with adequate space for hanging clothes and an inroom safe. Quiet at night even tho our room was on the first level and facing a street.

Decent little boutique hotel, well located right next a street market and within a 10-15 minute walk from many of the sites around Georgetown. Clean room and and very nice staff. There's also a good 24/7 laundromat just a block away for anyone travelling for longer periods of time. The main downside of the hotel was the bed. I don't think I've ever slept on a harder mattress in my life, which gave me a bit of a sore back throughout my stay in Penang.

Brilliant location close to Armenian Street, Chew Jetty, 2 shopping malls and Komtar. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Found it easy to get around by Grab and only around 30 minutes away from the airport.
