Me and my daughters had an amazing time!! The room was perfect for us everything right by us and we were able to be able to walk to it all. Both pools were great,game room was fun. All around it was a great stay for our first time in Lake Geneva. We will be back!! Thanks for the amazing stay

Our stay was fabulous!! We always enjoy the Cove. It close to down town and the staff is amazing. We celebrated My Aunt's 80th Birthday this weekend. The only problem I had with my booking with Hotels.com was the room I booked. I had originally book the Bella and was given the dover which was alot smaller then the Bella we booked last year.

I really liked this hotel but very disappointed that the hot tubs didn’t work. Both inside and outside were broken. The only thing I was really looking forward to was sitting in a hot tub having a cocktail and the outside bar seemed to not be running anymore and with the hot tubs being broken I was very disappointed. I wasn’t told until checking out that I could have gone to the hotel next door and used their pools and hot tubs. When asked for a credit, they said no.

+3 for location and walkability. -2 for cleanliness of facility and room. Not dirty necessarily, just rundown, doesn't look like a lot of money goes back into the facility. The "resort" fee is comical at best and really should be removed from the charges. Just charge $25 more for your rooms and relinquish the misleading representation of calling The Cove a resort. I understand at one point in time it probably did have a resort feel, 40 years ago, but come on ownership, you are not fooling folks. It was a hassle-free experience though and we loved the area, might just look at other options for accommodations next trip.

We love this hotel! We vacation in Lake Geneva twice a year & always stay at the Cove. You can't beat the location & price! Within walking distance to most everything. We get the one bedroom suite & love it. Very roomy & comfortable. We bring our own pillows & toilet paper, since we don't care much for theirs. Stop & see Sam at the bar..she's awesome!
