The apartment is also a perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking. Various routes with different levels of difficulty lead to popular vantage points in the Black Forest. Other excursion destinations (Europa-Park, Triberg waterfalls, Vogtsbauernhof in Gutach and much more) can be reached free of charge from the nearby train station with the Konus card.
