Could have clean and replaced the towels

Nice hotel but did not clean room replace towels tidy beds etc and we were there two nights. Told to leave towels on the floor to be replaced and we came back after our second night to find wet towels on floor as not replaced

The property seems to be very new. Staff was friendly and the location is close to the amusement park. There are really no choices of food in the area after 8pm. The bed, pillow, and comforter are horrible.

Es gibt leider keine volle Sterne Anzahl, da meine jungs super traurig waren,da es kein Hochbett gab,wie auf dem Foto. Eine Matratze lag leider einfach nur auf dem Boden, wie rein geschmissen, da sie sonst nirgendwo gebraucht wurde. Personal super. Frühstück für den Preis super gut.
