Booking was hassle free and we checked in late due to train delays. Jade receptionist was so friendly. It would have been nice to have a free breakfast and not pay for it.. though its ok.Food in Switzerland are all organic and very good quality. Veggies and fruits are cheaper than in USA and we love fruits and vegetables which is a plus for us.

Hotel was clean and right next to a mall. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh bath towels. Great shower pressure and heat. The hotel staff were moderately pleasant.check in took a long time. Hotel does not provide a hand towel, only 1 bath towel per person. No hand soap at bathroom sink. There was all in one shower soap. No fridge. This was the worst for us. But I should have realized that from description.

The Hotel lication us superb excellent. The main buses are right in front of the hotel. The staff is very helpful, caring and respectful, except the guy at the front desk at 9 p.m on April 26th. The hotel also issued travel pass to travel on public transport. There is a mall right in front of the Hotel. We frequently travel and usually book Airbnb. I have had some bad experiences with Airbnb deceptive listings. I feel the Hotel rates and the experience is 100 times better than Airbnb.

Excellent location 10 mins on no10 bus from outside the airport. Attractive,simple, well designed, everything worked and was spotless . Friendly, efficient staff. Requested a quiet room and it was exactly that, overlooking a pleasant garden. Excellent breakfast in spacious quiet dining room. Right opposite large indoor shopping mall with food outlets and supermarket. Bus stops 2 mins from entrance. Would definitely use again

The staff were great. The only thing is that breakfast was limited. There were no scrambled eggs or other sausages or bacon. We were told by the lady at the front desk that Friday 18th breakfast was open till 11am and by 10:05 the breakfast was being removed. I was charged erroneously for breakfast although I paid during the booking
