The unit is located on the ground floor and has a furnished balcony, which can be accessed from the living room. With a table with two chairs set up outdoors, guests can enjoy their morning coffee here or have a snack while admiring the surroundings. This is a great place to relax for parents with children, friends and couples looking for an intimate atmosphere. The decor is dominated by shades of gray and black, which makes the interior look very stylish. In the living room stands a large corner sofa bed, a table and a dining table with chairs. The room also has a television with access to cable channels. Visitors can quickly and easily prepare meals in the functionally furnished kitchenette. It contains such equipment as a toaster, blender, fryer or capsule coffee machine, among others. The bedroom features a capacious sliding closet for storing your belongings, as well as a comfortable double bed.
