Super Lage, sehr klein, Übernahme nicht gut

Ich war insgesamt 6 Nächte in der Wohnung 3b, Garncarska 30 street, 1. Stock rechts (Vermieter Elite Apartments). Die Übergabe war nicht gut. Ich hatte am Vortrag den Vermieter kontaktiert und dann habe ich bis zum Übergabezeitpunkt um 15:00 Uhr keine Antwort bekommen, telefonisch konnte ich den Vermieter auch nicht erreichen (Anrufbeantworter). Um 15:30 erreichte ich dann den Vermieter, musste erst meine Kreditkartendaten hinterlegen für die Kaution, dann bekam ich erst die Zugangsdaten. Das ganze war für mich sehr stressig. Das muss besser laufen ! Die Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Altstadt ist unschlagbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr klein und reicht nur für 1 Person (wußte ich vorher). Wenn das Bett ausgeklappt ist, ist es sehr eng. Die Schlafcouch könnte besser sein, sie ist nur ein Gästebett, 6 Nächte schläft man sehr schlecht. Den Raum kann man leider nicht komplett abdunkeln, durch die Gardinen scheint die Sonne. Das Appartement einschl. Bad ist sehr modern und sauber. Es ist alles da einschl. Waschmaschine, im Kleiderschrank konnte man alles unterbringen. Das Treppenhaus ist sehr alt, hat mich nicht gestört. Wenn die Nachbarn im App. nebenan laut sind, hört man das leider. Entgegen dem Schild im Treppenhaus wurde die Haustür zur Gebäuderückseite nicht abgeschlossen, sie stand immer offen.
