Great facilities around the apartments. Grocery store, take away pizza, bakery and restaurants. We had a very early flight and reception was able to book us a taxi to airport along with a car seat for baby. Very accommodating.

veldig dårlig service

det startet med at Taxi sjåføren ikke dukket opp når vi ankom. vi måtte sjekke inn på et hotel første natten på grunn av dette, og brukte 500kr helt unødvendig. det var veldig fin leilighet, og veldig fornøyd med det. når vi skulle sjekke ut kl 12 søndag morgen fikk vi beskjed om at vi sjekket ut 2 timer for sent, noe vi ikke har blitt opplyst om. vi spurte hun som satt der om hun kunne ringe taxi, men det ville hun ikke. hun skrev bare ned et nummer på en lapp, og så sur ut. hun sa ikke engang hade når vi skulle dra, etter så dårlig service vil vi ikke leie via aprtinfo igjen. Skulle gjerne fått tilbake de 500kr vi brukte unødvendig, men det virket ikke ut som dette var mulig. selv om jeg synes det skulle bare mangle etter feil fra deres side.

Испорченное настроение.

В целом впечатления отрицательные . Фото не соответствует. Было указано ,что это улучшенные апартаменты, на самом деле - малюсенькая студия, втроём было очень тесно. Wi-Fi не работал все дни, два дня ходил к ним в офис, приходил к нам сотрудник, но так ничего и не решили, на третий день сказали - пишите , жалуйтесь, мы здесь просто ресепшн. Берут залог за технику и мебель , но посмотреть на состояние оных не дают, на просьбу посмотреть сказали -такой услуги у нас нет, не хотите не заселяйтесь мол. Обещали залог вернуть сразу посли выезде, обманывают, вернули через 10 дней.

Flott beliggenhet i forhold til gamlebyen. Moderne leilighet.- for vanskelig å finne resepsjon og leilighet.Resepsjon i annen bygning og de visste ikke hvilken etasje leiligheten vår lå i🙈 Traff på en vakt tilfeldigvis som hjalp oss. Ellers kan det anbefales på det varmeste.

Bortkastede penger

Håpløst å finne fram, resepsjonen for utlevering av nøkler lå i et annet bygg et kvartal unna der vi skulle bo. Siden vi hadde sein ankomst forsøkte vi gjentatte ganger å ringe, uten å få,svar! Aldri mer Hotels.com for oss! Vi leide rom på Radisson og det var veldig bra, men pengene til Aurora Islands var bortkastet!

Keukengerei zoals bestek en dergelijke was niet proper. Een van de nachtlampjes werkte niet, tweede tv werkte niet, verwarming in badkamer werkte niet. Parking waarvoor op voorhand ook nog eens gemaild was, werd ontkend in eerste instantie dat we dat zelfs gereserveerd hadden. Daarna was ze volzet. En erna kwam het excuus dat ze de afstandsbediening van de poort niet vonden... En dan na de belofte hiervoor vergoed te worden kregen we parking in ander gebouw. Wat voor in en uit te laden helemaal niet praktisch was. Dus beloofde parking in onze blok was onbestaande. En uitleggen waar ons appartement was, was ook teveel gevraagd. Alsof dat logisch is dat appartement 103 op het 4de verdiep ligt naast de gang met appartementen 40... :) Los van deze opmerkingen, ruim genoeg voor 2 personen, niet voor 4 maar dat weet je op voorhand wel. Staat aangegeven de grootte. Dus voor ons ruim genoeg. Wasmachine was pluspunt. Buiten keukengerei (zie negatief hierboven), rest proper. Aangenaam ingericht. Klein balkon maar is voldoende voor even buiten te zitten dus dat was ook prettig. Ligging perfect. Net op wandelafstand van centrum, winkeltje vlakbij en resto vlakbij. We zouden het hier dus wel overwegen om terug te komen ondanks de opmerkingen.

Service obefintlig,reseptionen var ett lite svårfunnet kontor, öppet dagtid till kl.18,00, personalen kunde endast polska och lite engelska ej tyska. Rummet var mycket bra när vi äntligen hittade dit.

Ihan uusi huoneisto (2017 valmistunut talo), joka sijaitsee 5min kävelyn päässä vanhasta kaupungista. Ei liikenteen, eikä muutakaan mekkalaa. Ainut, että sisäänkirjautumistila tuntui vaikealta löytää tai sitten oma kompassi sekaisin. Suosittelen.

Zeer mooi en goed gelegen appartement. Volledig nieuw met alle comfort en prima wifi. Enig minpunt bij check in is probleem om verhuurbureau te vinden. Geen correcte info door hotels.com! Comfortabele bedsofa in woonkamer voor 2 personen

Recommend, good for a 3.5star

Bit of misunderstanding on the time of check-in as I had confirmation that booking was totally payed and the receptionist didn't had the correct information.. The apartment is completely new, essencial amenities (remember it's a 3.5star,don't be expecting a huge variety), good location, 5min walking to the city centre, just another thing to highlight, daily cleaning never happened, but wasn't a problem as we usually keep things tidy and sort it out ourselves.. A part of it was a good stay..
