Room was clean . Had a drain problem but they attended to it immediately. Restaurant and bar staff was not the best , however Amanda was very attentive to resolving all issues before my check out . I would still recommend the stay. Beautiful scenery and good location.

We arrived a bit early and John was able to accommodate early check in for us which was amazing after driving all night to get there. The room was big and clean when we arrived. The bed was comfortable and one of the best I’ve stayed in. The view was breathtaking to say the least. We had a mountain room (1416) and I could have just looked at the view all day. Heads up though, if the sun is shining don’t have anything in the path of the light or it will heat up (who doesn’t love warm cookies 😅) the bartender was very friendly and made the best Bloody Mary I’ve had in a long time. If you are wondering if you should stay you should. Free trolleys into town with the best view is a no brainer.

The view was advertised as partial. It was a beautiful view of the mountains. The furnishings need updating. It was rather poorly stocked we had to ask for a do not disturb door hanger. The positives were the staff. Kid courteous and always ready to help!!!!’ 10 + for the staff!!!!

We stayed at this hotel December 23–25 and had a wonderful experience! The room was very clean, the breakfast was outstanding, and the restaurant food was delicious. One extra special touch was the live pianist playing every evening — it created such a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was very enjoyable, and we truly appreciated the comfort and quality of our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was good. Kids really enjoyed the pool area, water was warm enough for them to swim even though the pool area was a bit chilly( we were visiting at the end of November). Rooms were really warm and decently clean. Warm cookies were a nice touch.

Park Vista is nicely situated just outside the bustle of Gatlinburg, but with plenty of parking and free reliable shuttle service into town with numerous stops possible. Staff was very accommodating. Lobby was very nicely decorated, and my room had a very nice view.

This was our first time visiting the mountains of Tennessee, and our stay at The Park Vista Hotel made the trip even better. Everything was smooth from beginning to end. The kids especially loved the indoor pool, which was a big highlight for us. Breakfast was great each morning, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

The location is great! Staff was friendly and accommodating. It wasn’t too busy or loud and there was so much to do without needing to leave the hotel. Breakfast was delicious. Restaurant on site for lunch and the pool area was large enough to fit all the children during the stay. The only thing I would recommend is that Hilton changes its comforters! Naked eye, they look clean. If you hold it up to the light, it’s disgusting and has mold. I’ve been sneezing and coughing since we got there until we left. Those comforters are not comfortable and have so much bacteria inside of them. Also housekeeping did not come to our room not one time during our entire stay. I had to get my own towels and request cleaning supplies to wipe down things and they apologized and said they were busy. Understood but I also had to go buy my own garbage bags for the trash. We ordered room service and the tray just sat at our door.

I've stayed here before but this time was not good. Just to be honest, they had an Indian wedding. So it was packed and there was no room. Spaces were occupied. Couldn't get a drink. Couldn't get food. Couldn't do anything. One lady working a bar and restaurant with 60 people. Seems to went to downhill a little. Vibe was a lot more rude. Maybe it's the foreigners working there. No idea. Not Gatlinburg though.

Room was nice, quiet, great view. The staff was amazing, especially the bartender at the hotel bar. Provided me an excellent steak dinner free of charge for me and my guest. Trolley to downtown is free of charge and comes every half hour to the hotel front door. Well worth the stay will go again.
