This is located on the 4th floor so you can use the elevator for your convenience or stairs for exercise.

The unit has an exterior security camera. Tampering with the security camera, smoke detectors, or fire extinguishers will result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund.

Please buy travel Insurance, as we do not refund for weather, power outages, etc. No chargebacks or refunds on fees or amenity breakdowns.

The entire experience was 5-stars. From booking to departure. The condominium is in excellent condition. It’s the nicest condo I’ve used in Gatlinburg for sure. This was the best condo we’ve ever stayed in. So clean, plenty of towels, dishes, etc. The hill was pretty tough, especially with a 2 & 4 year old, but definitely doable and worth it once you get back to this wonderful condo! We will definitely stay again & recommend.

Condo was great, had everything we needed for our stay. Only issue was walking down to go shopping. The elevator was broken so we had to walk up and down the hill to go shopping and it is not a small hill.

The pictures on VRBO do not do this property justice. It is awesome! Plenty of room in the living room, the kitchen and both bedrooms! The bathrooms are designed perfectly with plenty of room and privacy. The view from the balconies face other properties, but you still get a view of the mountains. This property is right downtown and just a short walk to stores and restaurants. We liked it so much, we said it was move-in ready. Cleanliness is a must for us and this property got all A!

This condo was extremely clean, well stocked with every we needed, and a great location for walking around Gatlinburg. There is a very steep hill to the complex, which was fine with us but someone who has trouble walking would need to drive around town instead. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very clean. Decorated very well. Location in town was excellent. The walk up the hill to the condo when not taking the car was a bit steep but we managed it just fine. Might be an issue for older or disabled people but other than that we really enjoyed the stay.

We were there for a dance competition and it is right by the convention center. Easy to walk down the hill to shop and eat. The walk up the hill to the condo was more challenging. It was clean, comfortable, updated and the provided cookware was excellent. The kids appreciated the outlets with built in night lights.

Legacy at the Summit

Excellent rental on the Gatlinburg strip! The entire condo is spotless and updated with adordable mountain decor throughout. Both rooms have comfortable beds and there is a nice mountain view from the balcony. The pool and hot tub were a nice addition. Our family can't wait to return and will definitely book again!

Perfect Girls Trip

We had an absolute blast. It was my friend of 20 years and my 50th birthday. My husband and I go to Gatlinburg every year and stay in a cabin. We really enjoyed staying here! Perfect location to all of Gatlinburg attractions! We walked every where and drove a very short drive to ober! Glen and cathy were very responsive and easy to work with! Will definitely be staying here again in the future!
