This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. The living room area has a queen sofa bed. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Everything was perfect!

The condo was clean, spacious, and met all of our expectations. The kids loved the jacuzzi tub and we all loved the view and sounds from the stream behind the property. On top of that it’s the perfect location. Within walking distance to everything. Highly recommend Genos Pizza. They delivered and it was delicious! We will definitely stay here again.

Exactly as advertised, very satisfied

We had a great time. Checking in and out was easy & the condo was clean and comfortable. The kids lived for the pool and I was a big fan of the hot tub nearby & the jacuzzi in the master suite.

Nice but needs updating

The condo was outdated but comfortable. Definitely could use new kitchenware. Pool And hot tub was not open as described. Was finally uncovered last day of our stay but was not ever unlocked or cleaned for use.

Noisey, dated, but good location

I'll start with the good. Good location, 1 1/2 blocks from main street, well within walking distance from market, restaurants and access to all activities. Condo had cookware, dishes, and more than enough appliances that we needed Check in was easy, clerks were very nice. And seemed helpful Bad side, - room was dated. Guest bedroom had one wall with large area of damage, (reported as soon as I could) carpet was older, had stains in the heavy traffic area, beds were ok, dated, master bathroom, shower door's frame appeared bent at top, would not close all the way, ceiling in shower was stained, in the master bedroom the lock to the sliding door, to balcony was missing, would not lock, they left a rod to lay behind the door ( would still open about 4-5 inches). And few others, but biggest issue was, way rent the top floor to a family with children. When we traveled with our children, we tried to respect everyone in the hotel, condo, home etc. The family above us, 3 bedroom condo with staircase, had 2 children they allowed to run up and down the stairs, jump from the stars to the floor (our ceiling) they were playing basketball, bouncing the ball on the floor,again our ceiling, sliding chairs, running, jumping, whatever they wanted to so, I guess. I understand having fun, but not tell 1130pm 12midnight. After 2nd night our friends, got tired of it and called after hours number. They did nothing and noise continued. 3rd night I called,not sure if anything was done, they seemed to be quite for 30 minutes, or so. I assumed they had made contact with them. Then it started back up again tell 12 am. . I would not stay here again, definitely look for something little nicer.

Clean condo, over the river, great location. But, no luggage racks, no chair in large bedroom, no TV or any night stand in 2nd bedroom.. other TV in larger bedroom lost audio on day 2. Furnishings need improvement. Don't want to stay in that particular unit again.
