This place is our new go to for Gatlinburg. Very convenient to downtown. Older hotel that has been meticulously renovated. Room was spacious and comfortable with new bed, huge(60") TV, overlooking creek. Balcony had good chairs to spend relaxing evening privately watching the creek. Pool was very nice, clean, and refreshing after a day hiking in the Smokies or walking around Gatlinburg. Breakfast was included. Tony cooked made to order breakfast that would have easily been $40 at a restaurant for two. We've stayed a lot of places in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and this is our new favorite.

Ohh we love our room with scenery. The room was clean and warm. We loved morning breakfast specially made for us as we are vegetarian. Ample amount of parking spaces were available and we used Citi bus which was free and to and fro from hotel to downtown.

My family and i loved our stay here. Its a nice motel. Rooms recently renovated and we had a balcony over looking the river. Breakfast had good options and made to order. We come every year around my birthday and this will be our new go to.

Fantastic Stay!!

The place is fabulous, creek right out the back door. The staff is so so nice and the breakfast is phenominal!!!! The cook is the nicest man also. Will definitely be coming back.

The owners were so friendly. If you don’t have to stay in the big hotel. This was a great place to stay. I will definitely let everyone know. It was cheap enough for your stay . All and all a great place to stay

The man behind the counter checking us in was great, giving advice for places to eat and things to do and joking around with us. Our party had three rooms and all of them were happy with the rooms. They had a made to order breakfast and it was great

Nostalgic! Very clean. Remodeled. Small family run. Just like the places I stayed as a kid! Trolley stops directly in front of hotel! And has a wonderful restaurant just across the street! No frills. Old school. Love it!

Great affordable stay. Comfy bed and spacious balcony overlooking the creek. We enjoyed that the breakfast was included and cooked to order. Friendly and professional staff. Close to all the action without being trapped in traffic when you leave. Would definitely stay again!
