It was such a cozy place to stay. Beautiful stream rushing outside the balcony. Everything was clean and supplied. Very peaceful. Kerri was very nice and helpful with anything we needed. Would definitely stay there again!

The unit was a good size and had most things that we needed to be comfortable. The hot tub in the living area was an added bonus and we used it each night that we were there. The unit was a bit older and showed lots of wear but everything was functional. It was rustic, but a bit too much for me. Since it was winter the pool was closed...that was fine. The outside waterfall was amazing, especially the sound it made in the evening. This VRBO offered free tickets (if you purchased one) to many attractions and we took them up on these offers. It was a true bonus we were not expecting.Overall a 4/5 total rating for this unit.

It was a bit dark and dated. We had very cold weather (which of course wasn't lodging fault) but our overall stay was decent. Since we had to go up the mountain roads a little bit, we were pretty concerned about ice on roads. They are very narrow. Close to town and Christmas tree was cute. Fireplace was nice and store close by. Probably would stay closer to main drag in the future.

Peaceful retreat

The location of property is secluded but easy to locate and cebtrally located. Is quaint little condo. The outlets are old and should be replaced as cords continuously fall out. Lighting is poor and lamp in bedroom didnt work had poor socket. As for a free ticket daily, some events didnt allow to obtain more than one ticket so ordering individually didnt allow seating together. Also some events charged for free ticket. In contacting organizers they wouldnt get back always in timely manner so missed few shows. Still was nice rental

Good for the price but…

This was an older, somewhat run-down unit. The towels and bedding were fine and the shower was good- just dirty looking floors, and all of the outlets barely held chargers without them falling out. The light on the bedroom dresser was not operable. Pool wasn’t open. Overall it was “fine”, but a little run down.

Peaceful stay but close to everything

My 11-year-old and I stayed here for spring break and had a great time. The condo is right above Gatlinburg in the mountains. It was close enough to town for easy access but far enough to feel away from the crowds. It’s just like the listing says: quiet, clean, and peaceful.The kitchen had everything we needed for a four-day stay, and everything was in good shape. For the price, it was exactly what we were expecting. Decently well-kept and comfortable. One note - if you plan on using the sleeper sofa, bring extra blankets. There were extra pillows but no sheets or blankets for that bed.The balcony overlooking the stream was a highlight. The Little Mountain Village grocery store up the hill was super convenient, and the bonus attraction tickets were great. We used them every day.Overall, we had a really good stay and would consider booking again.
