A classic heritage log home plan, Fontana features an 25 foot ceiling in the open living room looking up into the loft area with TV and pool table. Cozy up on the couch in this luxury yet rustic cabin and enjoy a warm fire in front of the stacked stone gas fireplace. You can watch your favorite DVD on the TV above the fireplace as you enjoy the intricate wood work throughout this real stacked log cabin. Cabin was clean and cute but we wouldn’t book again for the following reasons… Misleading advertisement, it said Mountain View and there was none. That’s the main reason we go so we were disappointed. Bed was outdated and really creeky. No hair dryer (all other places I’ve stayed had one so I didn’t bring mine). No gate on the side deck so when sitting in the hot tub I felt a little uneasy w bear in the area. Hot tub would not get hot the first night. Rocking chair on the deck was broke.

Great location for access to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg

The location and check in was great. It was a smaller cabin so the bedroom and living room was very small but plenty of kitchen space. The cabin had been cleaned but was not perfectly spotless (sticky floors and stained bedspread). Also there were several light bulbs burnt out all around the cabin. Just some minor complaints but an overall great stay.
