This is a nice hotel right off within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg. It seems to have had some renovation done recently. The breakfast was good, and it has free onsite parking, which is an absolute necessity here. The parking garage was built for smaller cars, so getting bigger cars in and parked is somewhat uncomfortable. There is a trolley that goes right by the property and goes to all the main tourist sites.

Overall it was a good stay. My only issue was parking was not very good and the elevators are very slow at all times.

Loved the property and the area of town it was in. The room was very nice with the fire place and jacuzzi tub. The staff were very nice as well. The only one thing I did not like about the place was they did not have what you would call quiet hours. A church group of kids were staying there as well and they were very loud all night in the pool and in the rooms. Other than that I would definitely stay there again. I will just ask next time if there will be any kid groups stating the same time.

Waiting for the elevators was awful and time consuming. The vending machines didn’t work very well. Breakfast was good. Staff were great. Overall condition of the hotel was fair.
