hotel is ok. sink water faucet is too strong, you can get wet if you don't turn it on slowly. some employees are not too friendly. shampoo and conditioner is too small for a party of 3 and for more than 1 day stay.

The hotel was not up to date. Not clean. Very disappointing stay. The only good thing about the hotel was its location.

Pros- staff was very friendly, Location and breakfast Cons- rooms need updating, parking for a truck was bad, paying additional fee to park, loud in the hallways each morning before 7am, water in shower was only WARM, mattress could use some updating.

The location was by far the best part of status here. Easy walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. Accommodations were clean and our run was cleaned daily. My only two complaints were that parking was a challenge. Go to the top of the garage. You'll have more to there. Also the shower water was only like warm. Otherwise great place to stay.
