With the ability to sleep up to 12 guests, it's designed for both comfort and convenience.
Property Highlights: 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms: Plenty of space for everyone. Spacious Front Porch: Ideal for gathering and enjoying the outdoors. Sleeping Arrangements: All bedrooms are located upstairs, with a sleeper sofa available on the main level. The master bedroom includes a sleeper sofa and an en-suite bathroom, while the bunk room features full-sized beds. The third bedroom shares a hallway bathroom with the bunk room. Additional Amenities: A bathroom on the lower level for added convenience. Parking Information: A $500 fee applies for lost parking passes. Whether you're here to enjoy the beach, the pier, or the local park, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and location for your Galveston getaway.
Home Rules Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am. No pets allowed Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week. A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Beautiful remodeled property within walking distance to the beach! It was absolutely able to sleep 12. The property was clean and look just as advertised. We were hoping to sit around the fire pit, but didn’t get a chance. Would definitely return the next time in Galveston!

STUNNING REMODEL!We felt like we were the first ones to stay at this place, it was so spotless! You can walk to the pier and restaurants too. Galveston is full of mixed neighborhoods so you might have a house next door that does not look as nice, but typically it is safe. Stay here!
