We stayed in this unit in early August for 1 week. The good: A/C was ice cold! Literally 2 city blocks from the beach and Pleasure Pier! Easy to access public transportation from this location Beds were very comfortable Easy to find! Property managers were very responsive The bad: Unit smelled musty We found coachroaches during our stay We struggled with ants in the sink and counters, even after we cleaned them multiple times For an extended stay, there were not enough towels. We could not get cold water from any sink. Drive way is shared with other units, which can complicate things if you are parked in Baseboards were extensively water damaged in common areas No toaster Wi-Fi info was not posted anywhere as indicated in the ad. I had to email to get the info Key code in reservation email was not correct and I had to call to get the correct key code This unit was overall ok. Nothing fancy in a great location. If you don't plan on spending alot of time in the unit and it's only a place to sleep, this might be your top choice!
