We really enjoyed staying here. It was in a great location which was convenient to everything. The breakfast was superb! It was just as good as a restaurant. We would stay here again! We had a great experience.

We liked the location and the balcony. The room smelled of smoke and when we let them know they came and sprayed the room with something, but it did not improve the smell. It should have been disclosed that smoking was permitted. We certainly would not have paid to stay in a riom like that.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The included breakfast was nice. Our biggest issue was the noise. There was constant door slamming and people talking in the hallways. Not to mention the AC in our room was very loud to the point you could not sleep. We also reserved an ocean view room. What we received was a view of the ocean from an angle. The main view from the balcony was the entrance to an after hours emergency room. Wasn’t what we considered a pleasurable sight. Very disappointed in Hilton.

Unfortunately the kids running and stomping around above us kept us awake a lot, but that can happen most anywhere. Not the properties fault. The facility itself was wonderful. Excellent location, great staff, and very clean.

Staff was lazy and were more interested in their personnel conversations or phones than assisting customers. Bed was old and not made up properly. AC leaked water all over the floor. Balcony door did not close or secure. Hotel pictures DO NOT show the real picture. Room was old and sheetrock tape was peeling off. No coffee maker or microwave in room. Fridge in room did not chill. Dried urine on floor around toilet, along with mold in the shower. Breakfast was cold by the time you sat done and poorly prepared along with a crappy selection. The overall first impression was a run down, poorly run/managed motel (not a hotel). Trash along with human waste was on the front sidewalk and trash was scatter around the entire property. Very disappointed in this so-called hotel as well as Hilton for not checking up on their good name.

I didn't like that the mini fridge was not working and our food went bad. Also, it took us by surprise that we had to pay for parking? They should include it in the price of the hotel. The free internet is limited; just to check emails or small browsing. Ridiculous!

We were on the Top floor, only one elevator was working, took an hour to get it to get to our room, so we missed meeting friends on the first day. On the day we checked out, we arrived back at the hotel @10am from the back to ck out and found both elevators were broken, we were not given any extra time past 11am to check out, it took us 20 extra min to get to the room, it was terrible, stairs are not air conditioned, staff started banging on our door @10:30 saying we needed to leave

Only one of the two elevators were working for the two hotels and the staff. Unacceptable. The hallways and rooms were hot. People outside on balcony smoking weed. Pretty terrible visit. I guarantee I will not be staying here again.
