Couldn’t get accommodated to the room I wanted, they put me in a room very close to the entrance on the 2nd floor and it was noisy. Though I loved the beach view. The lady in the front, not sure what her name is but I had called yesterday at around 1 PM to ask for an extended late check-out and she was very rude. She didn’t really give me any info, other than I would’ve have to pay an additional night if I were to leave late pass 2 PM and I had to leave at 7 PM. Because of this; I had to leave earlier than estimated due to work purposes and will most likely not get refunded for the time I wasn’t there and the night I didn’t go to sleep which was last night! Probably won’t come back here again, probably will! Who knows!

Room had no microwave the bed very uncomfortable we found medication on the floor and I had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean the shower it was not clean

Good location, but the street noise in the room was insane-terrible insulation/sound-proofing. The breakfast buffet was ok, but not good. Only three pillows provided in a room for two people-definitely needed that fourth as they flattened quickly necessitating the second pillow per person. Also ran out of tissues during our one-night stay-no extras provided in the room. Overall, a subpar experience for a Hilton.
