Foul odor in our room. Mold was growing up the wall.There was no soap, shampoo, lotion or hair dryer in the room. It was nothing like the internet pictures and description. We received a text when we checked in that said to text this number if you need something but the text that I sent never got a reply back from the hotel. The only good thing about this place was that it did let us park our car while we went on our cruise

I don’t know where to start, from the time of check in til the rest of our very very short stay. The lobby is closed & you have to talk to the front desk person through a jail cell window, staff is unfriendly not very helpful, our room was on the 4th floor. I had to pry the elevator door open to get it to do anything. Once on the elevator it sounded like it was going to come crashing down, none of the lights on the elevator worked & was a very scary ride. Our first room we got into had a tv, lamp & phone that was all broken or not working. So we ended up switching rooms, our second room had crumbs of food everywhere & reeked of cigarette smoke even though a sign on the door says no smoking. Very sketchy building & looks nothing like the pictures. Spend the extra money & stay anywhere else but here. I ended up switching hotels about 45 min after arriving. Extremely misleading photos.

Hotel is in very bad shape, desperate need of renovations across the board. Location is prime. Staff is helpful and friendly. Room was not comfortable, terrible pillows, dirty towels, bathroom smelled.
