We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The home was clean, spacious, and perfect for our entire family. It comfortably accommodated everyone without ever feeling crowded, which made our trip so much more enjoyable. The location right by the beach was a huge plus, allowing us to relax and spend quality time together. The host was also very responsive and helpful, always quick to answer any questions and make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a great experience and created so many special memories. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!

Our family had an exceptionally enjoyable stay at Beach Oasis. The home’s beauty surpassed its photographic representation, providing an ideal setting for our vacation.Upon arrival, the house was immaculate and impeccably maintained. We were particularly impressed by the kitchen/dining area, which was better stocked than our own and equipped with all necessary cooking utensils. The beds were also exceptionally comfortable, ensuring restful nights after a day of activities.The location was unparalleled, offering easy access to the beach. We cherished our morning coffee on the spacious upper deck and witnessed the sunset from the lower deck.What truly elevated this experience to five stars was the host, John DeWitt. Their communication was proactive, helpful, and amiable throughout our stay. They provided a comprehensive welcome guide, facilitating check-in and offering additional complimentary items, which proved invaluable.We have already recommended this home to our friends and family and eagerly anticipate our return. We extend our sincere gratitude for such a perfect stay.

They didn't pay the water bill and the city shut it off! After about 3 hrs they had us pack up and drive to another unit which was not as nice and had numerous things broken

Great Location- Major Mold Issue

Check in and response from VRBO was awesome. The house could use some TLC and there is a huge black mold issue in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. It was growing down the wall and through the wall under the kitchen sink. The lawn was really long and needed to be cut (thankfully they did come cut it while we were staying there but it kind of ruined relaxing to have the lawn mower going at 6pm in the evening while on the deck) The kitchen sink had no hot water either. The bedroom layout was great, but the en-suite downstairs had a busted door and it was locked close for one of the bedrooms. The beds were super comfortable. Remember to bring your own toilet paper because they will give you one roll in each bathroom, as well as trash bags, and paper towels. The listing says there is a community pool, but there is NO pool anywhere to use, unless you want to pay.

The location of this property was phenomenal; however, the house itself was VERY run down. One of the rooms had mold growing through the wall, the downstairs master had a leak in the roof

Such promise!

Home is need maintenance inside and out. Multiple chairs and items broken. Master suite doesn’t cool down with a/c. Common area furnishings old flaking off and coming apart. Bathrooms are dated and have peeling caulk around them. The owner/agent did provide us with a grille which was much appreciated.
