Peaceful is perception, it is on a very busy road. Suggestion by host was to close the blinds to keep out light and highway noise at night. The rental is fine, was clean and host was good. I would not consider anything in walking distance, sure everything is close but again very busy, no side walks to anything near by. The listing however doesn’t give a good description of the rental, it is just the upstairs of the home. There is a door w access to rental from the home, it did lock from both sides, however it was a surprise nowhere in the listing did it mention it was not the whole home. It was not the privacy we were thinking. The backyard could use some mending, there was a tree which fell on the roof on opposite side of the rental. A huge satellite in the backyard not pictured. All in all it was a fine stay, host checked in here and there and all went well. It is close to lots of shops and things to do. Not too far from Columbus, which is why we went. I would also mention I don’t think it could sleep 4 there is a queen sized bed and a sectional that reclines. There also says a kitchen but there is a small sink, microwave, fridge and Keurig.

Rental is exactly as depicted. Private, secluded feel. Lots of birds and wildlife. Convenient location to many shopping centers and restaurants. Close proximity to Allum Creek State Park and many nature trails and activities. Previous reviews mention road noise. We didn't notice it at all once inside. Host Terry was available and responsive. We had a pleasant and peaceful stay. Thank you.

This was our 2nd stay and it did not disappoint. We were able to enthe spacious back yard and let our toddler run around safely after a long car ride.The property was clean and welcoming, with everything we needed and more! We had a great time! Our first time using a VRBO property for a vacation was a success, all thanks to the lovely accomodations offered by our host. The property was exactly as we envisioned. Everything was clean and well thought out. We would stay here again if we're ever in the area.

Affordable & Near the Lake

PROS:- Very clean, fine amenities. - Most importantly for us, it's VERY close to the lake, only a minute or two to drive there.- Excellent spacious back-yard with fire pit and legit frolf goal.CONS:- The only bad thing I can say about the property is that some of the deck wood shows signs of termite damage, and the chimney exterior could use a patch-up, but none of that impacted our stay in any way.

Very nice area. Close to everything but not in all the traffic & congestion. Decor is beautiful. So nice to have a Keurig coffee maker. Nice for a couple & maybe 1 or 2 children.

Cozy Spot

Originally booked for 3 adults and a toddler but one adult ended up staying elsewhere because the only bathroom was accessed through the bedroom and the walls didn’t reach to the ceiling. Cute place for a couple or small family, several nice amenities.
