Pros: Comfortable beds, good AC in the rooms, great breakfast lots of options Cons: Can’t Connect PlayStations to the WiFi, very noisy(we were on the top floor and could hear everyone around and below us). None of the USB outlets in the room work. We had a “suite” and there was just random empty space in the middle of the room. Put another TV in front of the couch or at least a painting on the wall? There’s a balcony but they lock it “for your safety” Most of the staff was nice except one of the kitchen workers took my daughters pancakes. She was standing there waiting for the machine to make them and right when the second one dropped onto the plate, the worker just walked up and grabbed it. Very rude. The pool is micro-sized almost pointless. Would stay here again unfortunately.
Put another television right here or something! This looks horrible.

Clean and well maintained property. Staffs were kind and service oriented. Had an issue with WiFi and they attended to it with a smile. The only thing is the air con was smelly so I had to turn it off. They should clean the air con filters regularly.

My wife and I visited this Holiday Inn for a Memorial Day weekend getaway. All of the hotels were beginning to be all booked up in Temecula and price gouging was at an all-time high. We decided to look for hotels outside of Temecula and found the Holiday In. In the Expedia app. I booked the room for two nights and received my confirmation. When we got to the Holiday Inn the front desk lady Elondra informed me that Expedia shouldn’t have excepted my two day request, because the o Ly had one room for one day available. Long story short, Rocky (Holiday Inn supervisor or manager) along with Elondra, we’re able to accommodate me and save our trip. I recommend this hotel and the great staff there.

Had 2 queen beds for 4 people. Beds were definitely not queen size( I have 1 at home). If 4 people are to be in room why is there only 3 bath towels,1 washcloth and 1 hand towel? A little stingy with towels arent we? Some one had an off day? Just saying...
