The property is two minutes away from the shore and such natural rock pools and bays as «Poça do Gomes» and «Formosa Beach» and just minutes away from the «Forum Madeira» Shopping Mall and a number of fine famous restaurants such as «Marisqueira O’ Barqueiro» or «Real Canoa». «Madeira Magic Gym» gym, where you could subscribe both for long/short terms, is situated nearby.
The location of the property is further advantageous as it only takes you 20 to 30 minutes of pleasant walk to reach the city center either through the streets full of bars and restaurants or along the seafront with magnificent views. A great place with some issues
A great location with a large, fully furnished and clean apartment.Saying that, there were issues that are serious. Please be aware. The access to be building was terrible. If it wasn't for the help of other residents, we would have been locked out of the building. The key didn't work and we never got a code to open the door. The neighbours did.ALSO, if you plan on a car rental, be aware that there is no parking. The few spots are far and you need to be filling up the metter with coins throughout the day. If you don't have a car, it's a great location with public buses.
