Located in a quiet residential area, this property was designed for those seeking comfort, privacy, and quality details that transform any stay into an unforgettable experience.



As soon as you arrive, the panoramic view over Funchal and the Atlantic Ocean sets the tone for your stay — days filled with beauty and nights cradled by an absolutely magical atmosphere. Outside, the house offers a set of spaces designed for leisure and socialising: from the marvellous terrace, perfect for relaxed moments, to the barbecue area, ideal for outdoor meals, passing through the billiards table, which promises hours of fun. And of course, a highlight is the spectacular swimming pool, where you can enjoy the best of Madeira's climate, without leaving your own holiday home.



Inside, Belle Maison maintains the same feeling of comfort and spaciousness. The social areas — living room, dining room and kitchen — were designed to accommodate large families and groups of friends, creating a welcoming and sophisticated environment.



The property features four spacious en-suite rooms, all with double beds, providing privacy and absolute relaxation. Additionally, it has two rooms with twin beds, perfect for groups or larger families, ensuring maximum versatility.



For greater convenience, Belle Maison also includes a garage with capacity for three cars and is located near the main road, facilitating quick trips to any point on the island.



In the vicinity, you will find restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and other essential services. The city of Funchal is located just about 5 minutes by car, making the location even more privileged.



And because visiting Madeira is also about discovering its iconic spots, you cannot miss Cabo Girão, one of the world's most famous viewpoints, with its impressive glass platform, located in the same municipality.



With the expressway so close to the dwelling, exploring the four corners of the island becomes simple, fast, and very practical.
