The facility was very nice and centrally located. Had some minor issues keeping the air-conditioning system running due to automatic cut off with the electrical system / controls. The staff is very helpful.

Perfect location! Close to all things Funchal. The rooftop pool was great and had a fantastic view. The restaurant is fine but better choices can be found off site. The breakfast is excellent though. Loved our room. Comfortable bed and strong shower. Quiet and clean.

Our stay of 2 nights was excellent. Staff was very helpful with any questions we had. We arrived early and they were accommodating to hold our luggages while we explored the area. The hotel is located at the heart of downtown a minute away from the famous colorful Madeira sign. Highly recommend this hotel.
