自駕小型七人車指高身不能泊酒店，要泊其他車場，當天落車很不方便，酒店有五個位說不能泊，全家人都濕透。我們是下午 5:30 check in，職員說全酒店已入住沒有房，只得一個不能打開窗及沒冷氣的吸煙房給家人，夜晚已對職員說透氣辛苦，最後借出一把風扇，但他們第二日起身感到頭痛，即時同職員說此情況，最後 8:30 左右給了另一間能打開窗的房給家人。整體是不錯，但泊車及不能開窗及沒冷氣房令人不愉快。
