It looks really different appearing to the photos shown. It is small and crowded. There is no space for us to open the luggage. However, the toilet is good and clean. The hairdryer is good too. Also, the customer service is good. They will quickly response my questions.

The location was convenient, but the self check-in process was frustrating and more complicated than it needed to be. The room had a strong musty smell that reminded us of mould and old socks, which made our stay much less comfortable than expected. I wonder if moisture had entered the room at some point. If have asthma, don't stay here. There were also a lot of mosquitoes inside the property, making it difficult to relax, especially at night. Unfortunately, we also experienced an issue with an older fixture that failed during normal use. We believe it was already at the end of its service life, but we were initially asked to pay a very high replacement cost. While the staff remained polite and professional throughout our communication, they were quite inflexible and it took many emails before a lower settlement was eventually accepted. Overall, the accommodation did not meet our expectations. The condition of the room, the difficult self check-in process and the way the maintenance issue was handled meant we would not choose to stay here again.

인근 지하철역에서 도보로 10분정도이고 하카타역에서는 30분정도 거리에 있어서 접근은 어렵지 않아요. 체크인은 무인이고어렵지 않게 사용 할수있어요. 친구들끼리 왔었는데 어린 자녀들이 있으면 접근성이 좋지는 않네요.

호텔은 아니고 에어비엔비 느낌. 연박에 객실청소는 따로 안해주고, 무인이라 각자 알아서 해결해야 한다고 보면 될거 같아요. 주소가 조금 헷갈려서 찾기 어려웠지만 좁은 골목사이에 있는 호텔 도코 간판 보고 들어갔어요. 밤엔 조금 주변이 어두운 편이라 참고하면 좋을거 같네요. 객실은 깔끔하고 괜찮았어요.

만족합니다. 5명이라 감안하고 사용했습니다. 좁은 부분... 그러나 전체적으로는 무난히 별탈없이 2층까지 잘 잤네요. 여기에 하루 더 자리가 있었으면 잤음 좋았을걸... 아고다에서 레즈던스 리브라 하루 묵었는데 최악였거등요. 여기는 정말 좁은것 빼고는 있을거 다 있고 정말 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 저희들 말고도 아이둘 데리고 오신 한국분 계셨어요. 여기는 후회없으실듯 합니다.

昨日、宿泊した部屋に、 今朝、毛虫が出ました😭 下に落ちた瞬間、 ゴミ箱の蓋をかぶせました。 その後、チェックアウトしましたが、 誰か？伝えた方が良いと思いましたが、 掃除の方と会えませんでした。 毛虫は上に登って来ますので、 気持ち悪い👎 ベッドの下から出て来ましたので、 見ておいて下さい。 パカパカしてました😑 🐛虫嫌いです💢

チェックインは客を迎える環境下にない‼︎受付の冷房は入っていない中、名前/住所/生年月日/電話番号/職業をタブレット端末へ入力してチェックインが完了。同行者の入力も必須で終了するまでに汗だく。 部屋中埃だらけ！換気口/エアコン/冷蔵庫上部には尋常じゃない程の埃。 エアコンのフィルターや壁との設置部分なんかはもう目もあてらんない。宿泊客へ綺麗に使用するよう注意書がなされているが、それ以前にきちんと清掃して客を迎え入れる準備をして貰いたいものだ。 滞在中は目が痒くて仕方なかった。
