Channel View Retreat is located on the northeast side of San Juan Island with filtered views of San Juan Channel. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom private home is the perfect spot to relax and unwind for your extended stay whether on vacation, respite, or both. (CVR)

The full gourmet kitchen has two ovens and plenty of counterspace to prepare a full meal for loved ones. The dining table seats 6 comfortably or you can enjoy al fresco on the spacious outdoor deck. Soak in a gorgeous San Juan sunset on the water-facing deck.

The sunk-in living room has a comfortable and spacious couch to relax on while watching your favorite show on the Smart TV. Just off of the kitchen and living room is a bathroom with a relaxing soaking tub.

Bedroom #1 is located upstairs and boasts a king-sized bed, ample closet space and an en suite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom #2 has a king-sized bed, and #3 has a queen-sized bed, and these two bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hallway.

The third level of the home is a well-lit office with a desk and chair. If work is the last thing on your mind, bring your own mat and use it as a yoga room to start your San Juan mornings off right.

Come relax for an extended stay on San Juan Island! Parking is available for two cars.

*One dog per stay and dog must be less than 20lbs. Owner is responsible to keep the dog clean when inside the home.

Please Note, Channel View Retreat has a minimum stay requirement of 1 calendar month (27-30 nights depending on monthly calendar). Partial months are only available during the current month if the month has not been rented. Call our office with questionsext. 1). The cleaning fee is for the checkout clean after guests depart the home. If you are booking more than 1 calendar month, you will be assessed another cleaning fee and administrative fee for each calendar month rented.

A reservation at Channel View Retreat must begin on the first day of the calendar month and the checkout date must be the last day of the calendar month.

Guests are required to leave the premises during the scheduled mid-stay clean.

If booking 2 or more consecutive months, we will call you to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is not confirmed until we speak with you directly.
