4 star standard at a 3 star price. Paper cups instead of ceramic cups or glasses were a disappointment but ask nicely and you’ll get proper cups for tea and coffee and glasses ( for that late night drink) from the ground floor facilities. Public transport is a breeze and the Lignes D’Azur travel card is worth it for a 3 day stay. We used Bio Brod for breakfast. Good choice.

Hotel is beautiful, however the air conditioning makes an awful sound, swapped rooms but still noise. Never fixed during our stay.

First there was No air condition the Bed was very low Sunk in the middle the furniture it was extremely wobbly night tables shabby carpet filthy no washcloths because they said people shine their shoes with them refrigerator in room doesn't keep things cold no bathrobes no slippers hair dryer didn't ...

Location was excellent and sea view room beautiful. Hotel needs an update though.

In the centre easy access for trains buses and attractions. I did not have breakfast so can’t comment. The bar is small .
