I had a pleasant stay at Novotel Freiburg. The hotel offers a comfortable environment, clean and spacious rooms, and a professional service experience. The location is convenient for visiting Freiburg, and the hotel provides a good balance between comfort and practicality for both business and leisure travelers. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall check-in and stay experience was smooth. The room was well maintained and provided all the essentials for a relaxing stay. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the quality of service provided by the team. Thank you to the staff for the hospitality. I would consider staying at Novotel Freiburg again on my next visit.

Good location, close to public transportation and food. Well maintained property. The staff at reception were polite but not friendly. Some of the toiletries in the bathroom were not refilled before we arrived. Parking is not included and can be a bit pricey over a few days. The car park is not convenient to drive in and out of often. Overall, the hotel is good value for money and a comfortable stay.
