- Full kitchen including full-sized fridge, microwave, stove/oven, Keurig machine, tea kettle, can opener, bottle opener, and wine opener. All basic cookware and dining ware is provided. You will also find dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, k-cups, and 1 roll of paper towels.

- 1 full bathroom with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Also provided are 2 rolls of toilet paper and blow dryer.

- Washer/Dryer and detergent is provided.

- Cleaning supplies provided include: broom and dustpan, and basic cleaning sprays for kitchen and baths.

- Smart TVs with streaming Netflix subscription available in each room. Log in to other streaming apps with your subscriptions. **Please note, we do not provide cable TV.**

SURFSIDE BEACH
- Driving and daytime parking is allowed on this beach with a Surfside permit, but no overnight camping or fireworks is permitted.
-Glass containers are not allowed on the beach.
-No fireworks of any kind are allowed on the beach or within the city limits.
- Please remove all trash from the beach and help us keep Surfside clean!

Lovely house near-ish beach

If you are doing any serious cooking, bring your stuff. The house has basics. But it is absolutely wonderful for comfort. The second bedroom has twin bunks and it kinda on the smaller side. Our girls, both age 11, found it cozy. The main bedroom had a sliding door that’s fairly minim on genuine privacy. But this house is cute. Would stay again for sure.

Super cute, close to the beach, close to Surf Side entrance! Close to everything. It was right on the road but you could not hear anything unless someone was just blasting music super load. The house stayed extra cold with the ac units. Had everything we needed. It was missing some kitchen stuff like a can opener and baking sheet for biscuits in the morning. But we made it work and not bad to make a big complain. Would defiantly recommend this house to anybody and will be staying again! The host responded quickly and helped with anything we needed!

Quaint, cozy and super clean

Great location within walking distance of the beach. We had a lovely stay in this quaint and cozy condo. Master bedroom mattress is very comfortable and everything we needed was right there. Host was very accommodating and friendly. Five stars!!

A lovely place to stay. So beautiful staged and inviting. Everything we could have possibly needed was available. Just 2 of us but could have comfortably slept 4. We never wanted to leave.

Owners are terrific!

Our spring break weekend ended up being cold. I found out the first night that the heater didn't work. I messaged the owner in the middle of the night, and of course wasn't looking for a response until the next morning. They responded right away and even had 2 electric heaters delivered to us the next morning. The house is SOOO cute on the inside. It was perfect for us. The kids and I really enjoyed staying here.
